8 companies gatehered at Bulwell Precision Engineering in Nottingham to Launch the start of a Six Sigma Green Belt programme. Training days will be supported by coaching to help delegates apply their learning to projects. Thanks to Bulwell for the use of their excellent training room!

We have been awarded a contract to work with the Customer Compalaints team at Barclays Bank. This will include mapping of current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Members of Barclays Retail Marketing team have taken part in Lean workshops to map their current processes and scope improvement projects. We'll be working with them over the coming months to impelemnt these and develop case studies for sharing across the fucntion.
Capella has signed an agreement with Industry Forum and is looking forward to working with their team over the coming months.
A formal review of the projects completed at BAE following 18 months of training and support showed great results.
