Lean and Six Sigma are complementary methods for improving processes and solving problems. They each incorporate a range of tools – some of which are common. Both aim to improve business performance and have a proven track record of success.
The principles and tools can be applied to any process in any sector. If you take some inputs, do something with them and create some outputs then you can improve performance through Lean and Six Sigma.
You can even design new services, products and processes using Design for Six Sigma to make sure they are delivered on time, on cost and right first time.
We have a complete ladder of development starting with overviews and leading all the way to Master Black Belt and Train the Trainer levels. Our development ladder shows how these all link together and you can look at the detail of individual programmes by downloading the Programme Outlines.
